About

Lindsey Keyser Ball, LPC, ATR-BC, RYT-200

Lindsey has been working in the field of counseling and art therapy since 2011.  She has a passion and love for transformation. Through her professional and personal work she has found deep inspiration witnessing people grow and break through their own barriers.  With deep gratitude in the results she has seen through her work, she developed a passion and love for healing that has helped people improve their quality of life. Lindsey's ability to navigate and blend different therapeutic styles aids those she works with by removing inner blocks and accessing authenticity within themselves. Through delicate dedication and practice Lindsey has been able to help others access their own inner creativity, strengths, inner awareness, and explore their personal values, beliefs, thoughts and emotions without any judgment.

Lindsey is a Licensed Professional Therapist, Board Certified Art Therapist, and certified yoga teacher. Her passion stems from the belief in the mind-body connection and that humans are complex creative creatures. There is not a "one size fits all" approach that is successful when working in this field. Her interest is in finding ways to help people access their own healing potential through the best means available to them. Sometimes this exists in exploring thought processes, addressing feelings of shame and guilt, looking at relationship patterns and family dynamics, and understanding how trauma can impact life.   Lindsey is experienced in working with people to address anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, grief and loss, and life stage transitions.  She is trained in EMDR and art therapy, and draws from Person-Centered, CBT, and DBT theories.

Lindsey loves to spend time outdoors by herself or with close friends and family.  She moved to the Sonoran Desert from the mid-west and is in awe of the beauty of the natural landscape.  She is also a student of yoga and meditation, and values these practices for deepening her connection to her Self.  She also loves to talk about her dog Dagny.
