Lindsey Keyser, LPC, ATR-BC, RYT-200

Lindsey has been working in the field of counseling and art therapy since 2011.  She has a passion and love for transformation which has helped many people reach higher aspects of themselves. Through her profession and personal work life she has found deep inspiration witnessing people grow and break through their own barriers.  With deep gratitude in the results she has seen through her work, she developed a profound passion and love for healing that has helped many people improve their quality of life. Lindsey's ability to navigate and blend many different therapeutic styles aids those she works with by removing inner blocks and accessing higher states. Through delicate dedication and practice Lindsey has been able to help others reach their full potential by accessing their own inner creativity, strengths, awareness into themselves and exploring their personal values, beliefs, thoughts and emotions without any judgment.

Lindsey is a Licensed Professional Therapist, Board Certified Art Therapist, and certified yoga teacher. Her passion stems from the belief in the mind-body connection and that humans are complex creative creatures. There is not a "one size fits all" approach that is successful when working in this field. Her interest is in finding ways to help people access their own healing potential through the best means available to them. Sometimes this exists in exploring mental processes, addressing feelings of shame and guilt, looking at relationship patterns and family dynamics, and understanding how trauma can impact life.   Lindsey is experienced in working with people to address anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, grief and loss, life stage transitions, autism and addictions. She has the ability to work with teens, adults, and families.  Additionally as a yoga student and teacher, she understands and teaches how yoga can start with physical practice, but in time can evolve into a way of living through transformation.
